I'm Ishtiaq Islam. I study how forces move through fluids, I build my body without shortcuts, and I'm building a brand from the fabric up. I coach men to do the same with their own lives: understand the mechanism, then do the work.

My research is in multiphase turbulence: how fluids, particles and forces interact when things get chaotic. Before that I spent years modeling water systems, rivers and structures. That training shapes everything I teach. I don't trust a claim until I understand the mechanism behind it.

The athlete
I'm a lifetime natural bodybuilder. In 2025 I made the finals at the Battle of West Georgia Natural. Every pound I've built came from training, eating and recovering on purpose, for years. Lifting showed me the body follows the same physics I study, and that progress is ugly before it's beautiful.
III
The founder
I'm the founder and CEO of Aeriform, a luxury performance apparel brand built on textile science: fabrics engineered for cooling, breathability and moisture control. It's what happens when an engineer gets tired of gear that looks good and performs badly.

Why I coach
Men are told to be confident, strong and magnetic, but rarely shown how. I teach the how: a body built on evidence, a mind that doesn't need approval, and standards you hold in your relationships. I've lived every part of it, and I'll only teach what I practice myself.
